At Bayfield BBQ Company, we’re bringing the soul of Texas BBQ to the heart of Northern Wisconsin—one smoked brisket, rib, and brat at a time.
Our name is new, but our fire’s been burning for years. Pitmaster Steve has been honing his craft with family, friends, and on the competition circuit, developing a bold, smoky flavor that’s earned praise and second helpings wherever it goes.
We call it Tex-Sconsin BBQ—where Hill Country technique meets Upper Midwest hospitality. We believe good BBQ should feel like coming home. That’s why we serve it hot, honest, and packed with flavor.
